COURSES TAUGHT:
I offer quite a few courses online. They include Child care as a Profession, Guiding Children’s Behavior, Literature and Language for Children, Health, Safety, and Nutrition, Child Abuse and Neglect, Caring for Infants and Toddlers, Caring for Preschool Children, Caring for Schoolage Children, and Professional Leadership.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
I am a member of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children), ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development) and ACCESS, an organization of two year child development college faculty. I’ve presented at local, state, and national conferences. As the current coordinator of Project E-LECT, I’m also involved in training others about teaching online.

PERSONAL NOTE:
I’m married and have one child (oops, he’s really an adult). I love to spend time reading (mostly mysteries and novels), traveling, seeing movies, eating out, knitting, and spending time with friends.
