E-LECT (E-Learning for Early Childhood Teachers) offers lower division college credit courses on-line through ten MnSCU community and technical colleges. E-LECT has developed a series of on-line school-age courses in collaboration with MnSACA’s P.I.A. Grant, Concordia University’s Mentoring Project, and Concordia University’s School Age Professional Development Program. Two on-line courses for school-age professionals are offered each semester through Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
